We arrived around 1PM and were told one of the adjoining rooms were ready, but not the other. We had 2 rooms reserved, one for our friend and one for us. Our visit was in July of this year, so things have not changed. I read the review of the woman who had such a hard time with the Great Cedar front desk years ago. We liked the Art Deco-type rooms, but the front desk clerks seem to have a problem with common sense. We usually stay at the Grand Pequot, but decided to try The Great Cedar for a change.
My husband and I have been going to Foxwoods for years.
